نحتفل اليوم بـ اليوم الدولي للتوعية بالفقد والهدر الغذائي. يُفقد ويُهدر ملايين الأطنان من الطعام سنويًا، بينما يعاني الملايين حول العالم من الجوع. لذلك، يذكّرنا هذا اليوم بمسؤوليتنا المشتركة في استخدام الموارد بحكمة وتقدير قيمة كل وجبة. تقليل الفقد والهدر الغذائي لا يعني فقط حماية كوكبنا، بل يعني أيضًا مكافحة الجوع وبناء مستقبل مستدام للأجيال القادمة.
